The skipper should invite his/her crew through Sailarena. Due to the requirements of the GDPR, the crew must themselves approve that their data is included and handled in a digital register both internally and publicly.
The skipper first reports himself and the boat. As soon as the registration is made, he can invite the crew using their e-mail addresses. The skipper can also change and add crew members at a later stage, but before the event starts or a time decided by the organizer.
As an invited crew member, you will receive an e-mail about this:

Log in with your account in Sailarena If you do not have an account, you can quickly and easily register one
Complete the registration with the information the organizer needs and accept the handling of personal information within Sailarena and by the organizer
Each crew member can see their crew report under "My reports" either under your menu in the top right corner or in the left menu if you are in and editing your profile:
